1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Easy Locator's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Purchase

Location hosting services may be contracted from Easy Locator on a monthly or yearly period. On the day after each contract period, if a client has locations hosted by Easy Locator, their contract is automatically renewed for one additional period (either one month or one year). Contract period is inferred by the period of service purchased. No refunds will be given for cancellation of hosting service in the middle of a contract period. Automatic renewal of contract period may be cancelled any time before the last day of the current period by emailing or writing to Easy Locator. Ownership of all code originating from Easy Locator's internet site is the sole property of Easy Locator. Easy Locator is a hosted service only.

 

5. Client Code Intended for Distribution

Code intended for copying and pasting (distribution) is labeled as such and is always contained in a textarea web form element for clarity of intended use. Client code intended for distribution may be placed on internet sites, blog services, and social sites, owned or managed by the client, as long as placing such code does not violate the terms of the placement location. In no event shall Easy Locator be deemed responsible for violations of terms by client's placements of their client Code.

 

6. Support

Easy Locator provides support at no additional cost to all clients paying for hosting service. Emails are replied to on a first-come-first-served basis. Emails with the words "Urgent" or "Emergency" in the subject will be attended to with priority.

 

7. Limitations

In no event shall Easy Locator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Easy Locator's Internet site, even if Easy Locator or a Easy Locator authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

 

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Easy Locator's web site could include technical, typographical, photographic, or geographic errors. Easy Locator does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Easy Locator may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Easy Locator does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
