Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No! Easy Locator is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You pay month-to-month. If you cancel, your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period, but you won’t be billed again.

How does the 10-day free trial work?

Signup anytime without having to provide any payment information. Play around with the account for up to 10 days. When you decide you love it, you can setup payment (you'll receive an email with details on how to setup payment).

Do I get a 10-day free trial if I upgrade?

No. If you upgrade from one account level to another you are not eligible for another 10-day free trial.

Are there any additional fees?

The prices you see above are all inclusive. Easy Locator comes with easy to follow instructions to include the store locator on your site in just minutes. If you would like a custom integration or have specific needs we are more than happy to hear your thoughts. If we like what we hear we'll often add your new features at no charge.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. If you fit into a lower account you can downgrade anytime. Your new monthly price will go into effect on the next billing cycle. If you need to add locations you can also upgrade at any time. Upgrades will charge the difference for the current billing cycle at the time you upgrade.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal. Paid accounts incur recurring monthly charges. If you must receive an invoice, we can set you up yearly.
